Resources For EXPIRED LISTINGS

According to national statistics as many as 60% of all listings that enter the real estate market will end up as expired listings. Hard to believe, isn’t it… unless you are one of the 60%. It is for this reason that I created the Expired Listing Resource Center. In my years of buying and selling real estate I have talked to many people who were frustrated and discouraged because their house did not sell. And since I am of the firm opinion that there is no such thing as a house that will not sell, I decided to do something about it. The Expired Listing Resource Center is designed to meet that need. Just follow the link and see for yourself. You don't have to be a statistic.
